What is a Ringtons subscription?
A Ringtons subscription is an online subscription of your favourite Ringtons products, delivered either one, two or three months. Payment is taken on a recurring basis dependent on the frequency you have chosen. Don't worry we'll send you an email a few days before to remind you its coming up. You can pause, skip, cancel and change the products in your subscription through your online account.
How does the subscription work?
Select the products you would like to subscribe to via the relevant product pages (you should see a 'Subscribe' button). Then select the frequency you would like to receive that product and simply add to basket. Once you have completed your checkout your subscription will be set up automatically.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
By subscribing you can be rest assured you never run out of your favourite tea and treats. Subscribers also save on delivery with free delivery on all orders over £20, the standard free delivery threshold is £35. Normal delivery charges apply for subscription orders under £20.
Can I change, skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes! Your subscription is fully customisable through your online account. From your online account you can skip upcoming orders, edit the delivery frequency, change the payment date of upcoming orders, change the payment method and delivery address, change the products and quantities on your subscription, add new products as well as cancelling your subscription entirely. You can also hit the 'Send now' button should you ever run short of your favourite Ringtons products.
How often will I receive an order?
You can get a delivery either every month, every two months, or every three months. This is selected by you when you create your subscription. You can also change this in your online account.
When is payment taken for my subscription?
Payment is usually taken at 9am on the day your subscription renews. You can change this on your online account. We will also email you to let you know a payment is due to be taken a couple days before it renews.
Is payment taken via a direct debit?
No, your subscription is not a direct debit. It is a recurring payment that will automatically take the payment on the renewal date set on your account. Payment is usually taken 9am of the day your subscription renews. The payment amount will depend on the products purchased and any relevant delivery charges. If your order comes under £20 you will be charged £3.95 for standard UK delivery.
Can I add new products to my subscription?
Yes you can add new products to your subscription by logging into your account. From here select 'Manage your subscriptions' and then 'Browse all products' to view our products. Then simply click the 'add' button and set your order frequency.
How do I update my payment or delivery details?
Log in to your subscription account and select 'Address & payment details'. From here you can edit your payment method and delivery address.
Is delivery free on subscription orders?
Delivery is free for all subscription orders over £20. For subscription orders under £20 normal delivery charges apply.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount however subscription orders under £20 will incur a delivery charge of £3.95.
Do I need to commit to a subscription for a certain length of time?
There is no commitment for our subscriptions. The frequency and order amount is set by you and can be edited in your online account.
How do I cancel a subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your online account and click 'Manage this subscription' underneath the product you wish to cancel from your subscription and then select 'Cancel subscription'. Please note that you will have to cancel all products individually to cancel your subscription in full.
Can my subscription be delivered by my local Ringtons representative?
At this time it is not possible to get your subscription delivered via your local Ringtons representative but watch this space for exciting new updates!
