To ensure you receive your goods in a timely and cost-effective manner, we work with several partners to offer you flexibility and the best value.

Please note we are closed on Bank Holidays, and orders placed during this time will be dispatched once the office re-opens. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order as once we have received it, we are unable to amend or cancel your order. We do not include an invoice within any orders but will include a packing slip to confirm the contents of the order.

Free mainland UK standard delivery on orders over £30

UK Standard delivery usually takes 2- 5 working days from dispatch, however please allow a further two to three working days for this to be delivered before contacting us. This service includes the Scottish Highlands and UK non-mainland addresses however please allow extra time for your order to be delivered. At times we sometimes run into busy periods which may delay the processing of your order, but rest assured we try our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders can be tracked by logging into your account.

You will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse which will contain your tracking information. You should also receive a follow up email directly from the courier with additional tracking information. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us or the relevant courier. Parcels will be delivered Monday - Saturday (Sundays in some areas).

We often offer free delivery with certain products such as our Monty Gift Box and tea bundle products. If no other products are purchased alongside these items UK delivery will be free. If other items are purchased alongside these items then normal delivery charges apply.

UK standard delivery for orders under £30 - £3.95

For mainland UK orders under £30.00, delivery is £3.95. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2 working days but please allow a further two to three working days for this to be delivered before contacting us. All orders can be tracked by logging into your account.

Next day delivery - £7.95

Orders must be placed before 5pm Monday-Friday and can be tracked once you have received your dispatch email with your courier details. Any orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. For orders placed on a Friday before 5pm this will be dispatched on the same day but delivered the following Monday, as stated on the delivery section of the basket page, however in some areas a Saturday delivery will be attempted. Unfortunately, we have no awareness of which areas these are as this is set by the courier and changes frequently. Deliveries and dispatch will not occur on Bank Holidays. Unfortunately we are unable to offer our gift messaging service with this option.

European, International Delivery and including Highlands and UK non-mainland

Please also note that all European and International orders are sent delivery duty unpaid (DDU) and you will be responsible for payment of additional fees set by local customs and will be contacted using the email address you have used for your order. Please check the local fees for your shipping destination to find any additional fees.

European, International and including Highlands and UK non-mainland deliveries are charged by weight and the country you are sending to. Cost of delivery will be calculated for you at the checkout and transit times vary. Some countries have restrictions on items being imported and may incur a cost at customs or refuse entry of the item to the country. We endeavour to keep our delivery list as correct as possible however changes to prohibited items can happen at any time. Please check your chosen country and their import rules before placing an order with us. Ringtons will not be held liable for additional charges incurred. International parcels can be tracked.

Due to local franchise agreements we no longer ship orders to USA.

Returns

If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs, you may return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 or tea@ringtons.co.uk with details of why the product is unsuitable. Please note that return carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.
