A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate someone special. We've been overwhelmed by the incredible stories you've shared about neighbours who go above and beyond to support their communities.

Nominate a Neighbour Terms & Conditions

  1. The Ringtons Nominate a Neighbour competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  2. Entries must be submitted by 11.59pm on 31 July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
  3. After the closing date, Ringtons will select ten winning nominations from all eligible entries.
  4. Each winner will receive a Ringtons Family Hamper. If this prize is unavailable for any reason, Ringtons reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  5. Winning entrants will be contacted by 14 August 2026 (although some may be contacted earlier where Ringtons wishes to feature their story). Successful entrants will be asked to provide the nominee's name, delivery address and contact details so the prize can be fulfilled. By providing these details, the entrant confirms they have obtained the nominee's permission to share their personal information with Ringtons for the purpose of administering and delivering the prize.
  6. If a winning entrant does not respond within seven days of being contacted, Ringtons reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  7. By entering, entrants agree that Ringtons may use or feature the nomination stories submitted as part of the promotion. No personal information will be shared without permission.
  8. If selected as a winner, the entrant and nominated neighbour may be invited to take part in marketing materials, including photography, video or interviews. Participation is voluntary, but if agreed, Ringtons may use their names, story and images across its marketing channels.
  9. No cash alternative is available, and prizes are non-transferable.
  10. Ringtons reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  11. By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
