We’ll contact you
Our Customer Care team will call you from an 0800 number to arrange your first visit. If we miss you, we’ll leave a voicemail and send an email. You may also receive text updates before your first delivery.

Shop on your doorstep
On your first visit, your dedicated Ringtons salesperson will bring a basket of products for you to browse and choose from. They’ll then call every 2–4 weeks, depending on your preference. There’s no obligation to buy, and the service is completely free.

It's a doorstep delivery service that's been running since 1907. Here's how it works:
A friendly face, on a day you can count on. Your local Ringtons salesperson visits your door every fortnight or month - same day, same person - bringing tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates, seasonal treats and gifts straight from our basket.
You choose what you want, when you want it. Browse the basket at the door, pick what takes your fancy, or just stock up on the essentials. No app, no online order needed - though you can shop online too if you prefer.
No fees, no fuss. No delivery charges, no minimum spend, no obligation to buy at every visit. Pay by cash or card. Cancel or pause whenever.

We have an ethos: if it's not worth drinking, dunking or devouring, it's not in our baskets.
So we fill them with the freshest-tasting tea, deliciously buttery biscuits, melt-in-the-mouth chocolates, rich fruit cake, and gifts worth giving, with new seasonal arrivals every fortnight.

How do I join my local Ringtons round?

Is delivery free?
Yes delivery is free through our personal delivery service and there is never an obligation to buy anything.
How do I get a personal delivery?
Simply sign up and our driver will visit your area on a scheduled day.
Is the Ringtons round available in my area?
Availability varies by location. Use the postcode checker on the page to find out if there's a local round near you.
Do I need to sign a contract to join?
No. There are no contracts or pre-payment required. You can stop the service at any time.
How does the doorstep delivery work?
A Ringtons representative visits your door on a regular schedule, bringing a basket of products for you to browse and purchase on the spot. No need to order in advance.
How often will my Ringtons rep visit?
Deliveries are made on a regular round, though the exact frequency (e.g. fortnightly) can vary by area. Your local rep will confirm the schedule when they visit.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Since purchases are made at the door during the rep's visit, being home is generally recommended. Contact your local rep for arrangements if you're regularly unavailable.
Can I order specific products in advance?
Your rep will carry a selection of products on each visit. If you're looking for something specific, it's best to ask your rep directly about availability.
What products are available through the doorstep service?
The basket includes teas, coffees, biscuits, chocolates, cakes, and gifts. New products are introduced every fortnight, so there's always something fresh to try.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is made directly to your rep at the door. Contact Ringtons for details on accepted payment methods in your area.
Can I pause or stop my deliveries?
Yes. There are no contracts, so you can stop at any time. Get in touch with Ringtons or speak to your rep directly.
What if I'm going on holiday or won't be home for a visit?
Let your local rep know in advance and they can skip your stop for that visit.
