In order to ensure you receive your goods in a timely and cost effective manner, we work with a number of partners to offer you flexibility and the best value. Our packing and dispatching is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. Please note we are closed over Bank Holidays, orders will be dispatched once the office re-opens.


FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £25.00 - FREE 

Free standard delivery when your order is over £25. We dispatch via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service which we use for all our UK standard deliveries including highlands and islands. It usually takes 2 working days from dispatch but please allow a further five working days for this to be delivered before contacting us. All our orders can be tracked by logging into your account, clicking 'Your orders' and selecting the relevant order.

You will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse which will contain your tracking reference. It can be tracked online at Parcels will be delivered Monday - Friday (Saturdays in some areas).

UK Standard for orders under £25.00 - £3.95

For UK orders (including highlands and islands) under £25.00 delivery is £3.95. We dispatch via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service which usually takes two working days from dispatch and includes online tracking at as well as being able to track your order from your account. Parcels will be delivered Monday-Friday (Saturdays in some areas).

Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel before contacting us.


Next Day Delivery - £7.95

Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Friday and can be tracked via Any orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will not be dispatched until the following Monday. For orders placed on a Friday before 2pm this will be dispatched on the same day but delivered the following Monday, as stated on the delivery section of the basket page, however in some areas a Saturday delivery will be attempted. Unfortunately we have no awareness of which areas these are as this is set by the courier and changes frequently.  

Monty Express Delivery Service - FREE

Orders for our popular Monty product, which can be seen here, will be available for express delivery for FREE if no other products are ordered alongside The Monty. This is to ensure quickness of dispatch as The Monty comes pre-packed and is used as the dispatch outer. If you would like to order additional items as well as The Monty within the same order the Express Delivery Service will not be available and our standard UK delivery services will apply. Should the total value of the order be over £25 it will qualify for Free UK Standard Delivery however if the order is under £25 there will be a £3.95 delivery charge. No substitutions can be made with this product and if ordered on its own we will not include the invoice within the parcel. If it is ordered alongside other items we will include the invoice within the parcel however you can select to remove the pricing from the invoice by ticking 'Gift Receipt' at the basket page.

Ringtons Regular Order Service

Ringtons Regular Order Service is available only on core products and not seasonal/limited edition items.  Your Regular Ringtons order will be processed on your chosen payment dates and then delivered to you by courier via our Standard Delivery service.  There is no extra cost or commitment to use this service, and you can cancel at any time, it is simply a way to save time and make sure you never run out of your favourite Ringtons products. Click here for more information on this service.



Ringtons Free Van Delivery Trial

We are currently trialling a new delivery service which incorporates our local delivery vans. This method means we can reduce emissions from not having to dispatch orders via a courier as well as ensuring a great delivery experience in keeping with our local delivery team. This is currently only available within our Barrington Sales Office area and postcode restrictions do apply. Our local delivery vans deliver on a fortnightly basis and your specific delivery day will be shown at the checkout which is based on your delivery postcode.  

European & International 

*Please note due to the complications of the UK leaving the EU and some of our products being classed as prohibited items at local customs we have placed a temporary pause on all European deliveries. Please note this is a developing situation and the most up to date information on prohibited items can be seen here

**Please also note that all European and International orders are sent delivery duty unpaid (DDU) and you will be responsible for payment of additional fees set by local customs and will be contacted using the email address you have used for your order. Please check the local fees for your shipping destination to find any additional fees.

European & International deliveries are charged by weight and the country you are sending to. Cost of delivery will be calculated for you at the checkout. Transit times vary. There are some countries that have restrictions on items being imported and may incur a cost at customs or refuse entry of the item to the country, we endeavour to keep our delivery list as updated as possible however changes to prohibited items can happen at any time. Please check your chosen country and their import rules before placing an order with us. Ringtons cannot be held liable for these additional charges. Parcels can be tracked.

Due to local franchise agreements we can no longer ship orders to USA or New Zealand.

If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 or with details of why the product is unsuitable. Please note that return carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.*

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our products reach you in less than satisfactory condition please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 or within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will refund/exchange on receipt of the faulty goods.*

*We advise you get a receipt or some proof of sending the item(s). Royal Mail advise to wait up to 15 working days before claiming a parcel as lost. If you have proof of sending, we will replace or refund the item(s) and reclaim the costs through Royal Mail. If you have no proof of sending, or choose to return an item using any other postage service, you will need to contact the appropriate postage service if the parcel is lost as the contract of postage is between you and them in this case.

We are unable to trace parcels that are being returned if they are still within the stated delivery time frame. Please wait until this time is up before contacting us regarding goods not received.Please see your selected delivery option for time frames.

We are unable to store parcels for dispatch at a later date. Please only order when you or the recipient is ready to receive.
