How we deliver

In order to ensure you receive your goods in a timely and cost effective manner, we work with a number of partners to offer you flexibility and the best value. Our packing and dispatching is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. Please note we are closed over Bank Holidays, orders will be dispatched once the office reopens.


UK Deliveries (including England, Wales, Scotland and the Isle of Wight but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)


UK Mainland Super Saver Delivery on orders over £35 - FREE

Our basic service which we use for all UK deliveries, (which does not include the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland.) The price is FREE! It takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. Dispatch time is usually 2-6 working days, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays. You will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse and when it reaches DPD’s sorting office. It can also be tracked on-line at www.dpd.co.uk/tracking. Parcels will be delivered Monday - Friday.


UK Mainland Standard (Including England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) and Isle of Man) - £2.99

It takes 2/3 days from dispatch and includes on-line tracking at www.dpd.co.uk/tracking as well as the predict message service. Dispatch usually takes 2-5 days. Parcels will be delivered Monday - Friday.


UK Mainland Next Day (Including England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Island, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) and Isle of Man) - £6.95

Only available in the UK. This does not include the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or Channel Islands. Orders must be placed by 12pm the day before delivery.You’ll receive an email when the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, when it is received by DPD (our couriers) and when it is due for delivery. You’ll also get an hour delivery window given with the predict message service and you can track your parcel on-line at www.dpd.co.uk/tracking. Parcels will be delivered Monday - Friday. This service is not available over weekends and Bank Holidays.

UK Mainland Weekend Delivery (Including England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Island, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) and Isle of Man) - £12.95

You’ll receive an email when the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, when it is received by DPD (our couriers) and when it is due for delivery. You’ll also get an hour delivery window given with the predict message service and you can track your parcel on-line at www.dpd.co.uk/tracking. Parcels will be dispatched Monday - Friday from our warehouse but will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. 

Offshore

Offshore (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man) - £7.95

You’ll receive an email when the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, when it is received by DPD (our couriers) and when it is due for delivery. You’ll also get an hour delivery window given with the predict message service and you can track your parcel on-line at www.dpd.co.uk/tracking. Parcels will be delivered Monday - Friday. 

Republic of Ireland - £10.95

You’ll receive an email when the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, when it is received by DPD (our couriers) and when it is due for delivery. You’ll also get an hour delivery window given with the predict message service and you can track your parcel on-line at www.dpd.co.uk/tracking. Parcels will be delivered Monday - Friday. 


 
Rest of the World

European, Non-European & International countries are charged by weight and the country you are sending to. Transit times vary. There are some countries that have restrictions on items being imported and may incur a cost at customs or refuse entry of the item to the country. Please check your chosen country and their import rules before placing an order with us. Ringtons cannot be held liable for these additional charges. Parcels can be tracked.

Returns

If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 with details of why the product is unsuitable. You can return it to us via the Free-post address (below) if your goods were ordered online. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.


Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our products reach you in less than satisfactory condition please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 within 7 days of receipt of goods.
On returning an item using our Freepost address (RINGTONS LTD, FREEPOST), we advise you get a receipt or some proof of sending the item(s). Royal Mail advise to wait up to 28 days before claiming a parcel as lost. If you have proof of sending, we will replace or refund the item(s) and reclaim the costs through Royal Mail. If you have no proof of sending, or choose to return an item using any other postage service, you will need to contact the appropriate postage service if the parcel is lost as the contract of postage is between you and them in this case.

We are unable to trace parcels if they are still within the stated delivery time frame. Please wait until this time is up before contacting us regarding goods not received.Please see your selected delivery option for time frames.


We are unable to store parcels for dispatch at a later date. Please only order when you or the recipient is ready to receive.
