At Ringtons, we are tea experts, and that’s largely thanks to our business being over 100 years old. Five generations of our family have worked in the Ringtons business, and we have accumulated much tea knowledge in that time. We know the intricate details of tea making, from which blends harmonise perfectly, and the best ways to store tea to ensure it’s wonderfully fresh upon arrival.

One of our main focuses is ethical trading. We have hand-picked our suppliers from the best tea-growing regions in the world to ensure we deliver high-quality taste. On top of that, we focus on providing good working environments to our farmers and producers, always maintaining high-quality relationships with them.

We focus on sustainability, too. One way we manage that is by reducing waste, which we manage by reducing tea packaging. Some other changes we’ve made include switching to electric vans for our delivery services – a change we made back in 2020 and have not looked back.

At Ringtons, we also believe in building a community with our customers. Not only is our tea delicious and ethical, but we also personally deliver it to you on your doorstep.
