Ringtons Recipe - Chocolate Coated Flapjacks

One of our lovely customers, Julie, created these delicious no-bake bars using our Fruit & Seed Porridge - and they look incredible!

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups Ringtons Fruit & Seed Porridge
  • ½ cup soaked dates
  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp organic date syrup
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • A sprinkle of Himalayan salt

Method:

Add everything to a blender and pulse until combined. Press the mixture firmly into an 8x8 baking tin, then cover with chocolate and leave to set overnight.

Makes 8 bars - perfect for wrapping individually and storing in the fridge for an easy grab-and-go treat!
