We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday the same working day. We will keep you up to date with the latest status of your order through email.

To ensure you receive your goods in a timely and cost-effective manner, we work with several partners to offer you flexibility and the best value.

Please note we are closed on Bank Holidays, and orders placed during this time will be dispatched once the office re-opens. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order to ensure no delays or errors occur with your order. We do not include an invoice within any orders but you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

UK Mainland Deliveries

We offer a wide range of delivery options to suit your needs and budget. We will do our very best to dispatch all orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday the same working day but please allow a further couple of days before contacting us and we will keep you updated via email.

Although we can send your order on a next day service, via Royal Mail and DPD, we can not guarantee your parcel will be delivered the next day due to factors outside of our control.

UK Non-mainland, Highlands, Islands and Offshore

We offer delivery to UK non-mainland addresses via our 'UK Highlands, Islands and Offshore' delivery option. The cost is based on the delivery postcode and the total weight of the order, which is calculated at the checkout. Prices start from £9.95.

For delivery addresses that begin with the below postcodes, this delivery option will apply automatically at checkout:

AB31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, BT, EX39, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, JE, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE.

European, International Delivery and including Highlands and UK non-mainland

European and International deliveries are charged by weight and the country you are sending to. Cost of delivery will be calculated for you at the checkout and transit times vary. Some countries have restrictions on items being imported and may incur a cost at customs or refuse entry of the item to the country. We endeavour to keep our delivery list at the checkout as correct as possible however changes to prohibited items can happen at any time. Ringtons will not be held liable for additional charges incurred. International parcels can be tracked.

Due to local franchise agreements we no longer ship orders to USA or Japan.

Returns

If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs, you may return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 or tea@ringtons.co.uk with details of why the product is unsuitable. Please note that return carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.
