By participating the prize draw, entrants agree that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize Draw opens 2nd April 2023 and runs until midnight on 2nd July. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.
Ringtons will select 10 winners at random who will be notified via direct message shortly after.
One entry per person. Additional entrances will be counted as null and void.
Participants must be 18+ and a resident of the UK. Prizes cannot be posted overseas.
Employees of Ringtons Ltd are not eligible to take part and any such entries will be null and void.
The winner must respond within seven days to claim the prize. If the prize hasn’t been claimed within seven days, we will reselect at random, and notify a new winner.
The prize will consist of a Thank You gift box, delivered to you.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Ringtons reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
For the purpose of sending out the prize the winners will be asked for their contact details by Ringtons. These contact details will only be used for sending out the prize and for any relevant communication regarding the Prize Draw. Contact details will not be used beyond this purpose unless you agree otherwise.
Ringtons reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of Ringtons Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Ringtons will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
Ringtons accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you because of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
Ringtons Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
