First time customer; the note was printed incomplete, it contained a heartfelt message to my sister for her birthday. Mine, my parents’ and siblings names were not at all printed on the note as I’d ordered it, I was really disappointed and unhappy!

I always buy traditional teabags and biscuits from Ringtons. I am always impressed with the quality and have been for the past 10 years.
I buy online and receive my items within a couple of days of ordering in fully recyclable packaging which I am very impressed with. Will continue to buy from Ringtons.

Thanks to Customer Care Advisor Laura I received the parcel in time for a birthday that it was a gift for - and they were delighted with the present. Fast delivery, but usually have my door step delivery by Wayne every month, who is super efficient and friendly . All the products are great, with plenty of gift ideas which make lovely presents. Introduced the cakes & biscuits to my bowling team who love them.

I missed your biscuits coffee when my mother died as then you only called if tea or coffee were purchased, so I was delighted to receive the goody bag at Christmas through your sponsorship of WAG.
