What are the benefits?

There’s no need to log on each time you need to order, there is no extra cost or commitment to this service and most importantly, you’ll never run out of tea!

Can I change my order?

At the moment Regular orders cannot be edited, but they can be cancelled at any time and new ones set up to incorporate different products.

What if my card gets declined?

If you card payment fails you’ll receive an email informing you of this and you regular order will be deactivated. If this happens, please try again with a different card or contact your card provider for more detail.

What if my product is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that something on your regular order is out of stock we will contact you and the item will be sent to you as soon the product comes back in to stock.

What if my items are damaged?

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about your Regular Order you can cancel at any time.

When will my items be delivered?

Items will be sent out via DPD or Royal Mail using our standard delivery service. For more information on delivery please click here.

Can I specify an order time?

When your order has dispatched from our warehouse you’ll receive and email notification. 

Will I get a reminder about my order?

Yes, 3 days before your order is due to be dispatched you’ll receive an email reminder.

What if my card expires?

If your card expires or is cancelled, your regular order will be cancelled and another one will need to be set up. 

I live outside of the UK, can I set up a regular order?

Yes, though postage costs will differ. Please visit our Delivery and Returns page for more information.

Can my Ringtons salesperson deliver my regular order?

Unfortunately not, this service is exclusive to our website and all deliveries will be made via courier.
