The S20 is a ground-breaking super-automatic bean to cup machine by experts La Cimbali. Ideal for locations which require around 200 cups a day, the S20 grinds fresh coffee beans to order from its two hoppers and utilises fresh milk to offer a wide and varied range of hot drinks.

The 7” tempered glass touchscreen display allows a user to view the drinks menu (pre-selection and group option) and display images can be customised by a business as the drinks are dispensing.  Customisable video clips and animation can also be used to assist the customer when selecting their drinks.

Businesses can serve lattes, cappuccinos and more with the La Cimbali patented hands-free TurboSteam Milk4 wand – a unique cold touch steam wand which froths four varieties of milk to perfection without the need for operator interaction. Coated with a special insulating non-stick material the wand is easy to clean and prevents milk built-up. The S20 also has a hot water wand and can produce hot frothed milk with ease.

Daily washing cycles are carried out via the automatic wash system (AWS) and you can remotely communicate with the S20 thanks to the in-built bidirectional Wi-Fi system which allows users to update software, set recipes and customise images remotely and with ease.  A USB port allows users to upload drinks images, videos and screen savers to suit. 

The S20 contains a large 2.6L capacity patented Smart Boiler which optimises production through its two boilers – one is specifically for hot water production and the second for steam creation in order to optimise productivity, even during busy periods.
