La Cimbali M1 CP10 is a fully-automatic bean to cup machine which delivers a versatile menu by using freshly ground coffee and fresh milk to create high-quality drinks. This hard-working but compact machine is ideal for smaller venues and can produce up to 150 cups per day.  

The M1’s in-built milk precision system (MPS) uses air and steam to produce a range of milk-based beverages including cappuccinos and lattes which can rival those produced by a traditional espresso machine.  

Thanks to its ergonomic design and eight programmable menu options, the M1 bean to cup machine perfectly combines simple functionality with low maintenance to offer a practical and versatile solution. This machine also includes Smart Boiler technology to maintain production levels and an automatic wash cycle to make the La Cimbali M1 a practical and efficient machine.
