Tasting coffee: It’s a complex business! The final flavour of our coffees is influenced by so many factors – from the type of bean and its origin to the harvesting process and how long we’ve roasted it for. When we’re cupping coffee, we’re looking at essential elements that define taste including aroma, sweetness, acidity, roast intensity, mouthfeel, balance and body.

We use all of our senses to produce profiles that we know work, and your customers will want. So, what’s your flavour?
