Tiramisu is a classic dessert and the Ringtons version includes our delicious Premium Gold Instant Coffee to give it an extra kick!Tiramisu


2tbsp Ringtons Premium Gold Coffee (made up with 300ml of pre-boiled water)
600ml double cream
250g mascarpone
75ml marsala wine
5tbsp golden caster sugar
175g sponge fingers
25g dark chocolate
2tsp cocoa powder


1. Mix the double cream, marsala wine, mascarpone and sugar in a large bowl until the ingredients are fully mixed and a thick whipped cream-like texture is achieved

2. Soak the sponge fingers one at a time in the coffee in a shallow dish – make sure the fingers are soaked but not soggy

3. Layer about half of the soaked fingers into a serving dish and cover with half of the creamy mixture

4. Grate some of the dark chocolate over the mixture

5. Repeat the layers using the remaining sponge fingers, using up all of the coffee – finish off with the creamy layer

6. Cover the serving bowl and chill for a few hours or preferably overnight

7. Dust with cocoa powder and the remaining chocolate ahead of serving
