With Christmas fast approaching, you‘ll want to make sure that you pencil our last delivery dates in your diary. Avoid the pitfalls and make sure you get all your presents on time.

For anyone wishing to use our Free Doorstep Delivery service, your last order date is the 15th November. Free Doorstep Delivery is available to anyone in the UK having their parcel delivered to an address in an area covered by a Ringtons Salesperson.

You can currently check if you’re in a Ringtons area when you get to the checkout. However later this month, you’ll be able to enter your postcode as soon as you go on our website and check if you’re in a Ringtons area. Look out for the feature at the end of November.

Our Free Doorstep Delivery is made free for you because we use our own vehicle, not a courier service. This means it takes longer – it can take up to 30 days, which is why we’ve set the last order date for this service as 15th November, giving plenty of time to make sure you get your parcels before Christmas.

We do also have a courier service available if you want your items more quickly. Delivery usually takes between 2/3 days and in the UK costs £4.50 or is FREE on orders over £30. The last date to order your goods for delivery by this service is 20th December. Our couriers, DPD, have a text service available and by entering your mobile number in your account details when you order, you’ll get a text telling you when your delivery will be made and an hour window too. So no more waiting in all day for a parcel!

For last minute purchases we have our Next Day Delivery, which must be placed by noon on the 23rd December in order for you to have it delivered on Christmas Eve. This service is not 100% guaranteed, so be prepared and if in any doubt, call our customer care team on 0800 052 2440.

For deliveries being made to Europe and the rest of the world, your last order date is 10th December. This gives enough time for parcels to travel overseas and get through customs and the Christmas rush. Cost is based on the country and the weight of your parcel. We cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses.
