With the promise of warmer weather on the way, our tea experts have complied a list of their favourite chilled tea drinks that are sure to not only quench your thirst but ensure you look cool doing it… What’s more, each of our recipes contain a few very special ingredients… Ringtons tea, coffee and hot chocolate!

Take a look:

Ingredients:

300ml (1/2 pint) of Black Tea (we recommend our Breakfast tea)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices

Fresh mint

Method:

  1. Brew the tea to taste and put in the fridge to cool
  2. Once fully cooled, pour over ice
  3. Add fresh mint and sliced lemon to garnish

Ingredients:

50g of Strawberries & Cream Loose Tea

900ml water

Ice cubes

Strawberry slices

Method:

  1. Add loose tea to a cup then boil water and add to the tea (our use our handy teafuser)
  2. Let the tea infuse for 10 minutes then strain
  3. Allow to cool fully and then serve with ice and fresh strawberries

 

 

Ingredients:

50ml of gin

70ml tonic water

1 Earl Grey tea bag

Twist of fresh lemon

Method:

  1. Pour the gin into a glass and add the tea bag
  2. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes
  3. Top up with the tonic water and garnish with lemon

Ingredients:

1 cup of ice cubes

1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

125ml whole milk

1 single serving of Hot Chocolate

1/2 teaspoon of Colombia Ground Coffee

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately with a straw
