Let’s start with where the tea comes from. As a company we have 108 years’ experience of working with tea farmers, mainly in India and Africa. We’ve developed long standing relationships with certain tea growing communities and our tea tasters make regular trips out to see them.

Why can’t you buy Ringtons in the supermarket?

Ringtons don’t sell in mass quantities to the supermarkets like other brands. Why? It’s all to do with the quality preservation again. 

Our tea bags are gas flushed, which means that until you break the seal on the packet, they’ll be as fresh as when they were packed. That’s also why we recommend using a tea caddy to store your tea bags in. The less air that gets to them, the fresher they will be.

Convenient service

We know that you may find it easier to pick up your tea at the supermarket with the rest of your shopping, so that’s why we’ve made our delivery options as easy as possible too, so you don’t have to compromise on quality. You can choose from having your tea delivered on a fortnightly or monthly basis by one of our sales people. They’ll come to your door in a Ringtons van, with a basket full of goodies. This is the service we are famous for. We realise that for many though, this is not an option. 

You may be out of the house or in an area we don’t currently have a sales office in or it may just be inconvenient for you on a regular basis.
