I recently moved to Wales and really missed my doorstep deliveries. Thank goodness I can order online! I miss the basket at the door and the friendly smile but can still enjoy the best tea and biscuits money can buy.

Not good at all. Still waiting for my order! Contacted Ringtons about the delay and a customer advisory person emailed me to say one of the team would be in touch to try sort things out (words to that effect). What puzzles me is why she couldn’t have handled the issue directly instead of telling me someone else would be helping in due course?? Where is the logic in that? Really appalling situation - not happy

I really love the traditional teabags and was very pleased that you now do the 400 bag box - I ordered one for me and one for a neighbour who has also got hooked on it. Much better than most supermarket brands and you get 2 cups to a bag!!
Delivery was also amazing - ordered one day, delivered the next. Never been that speedy.
