Ringtons Decaf Tea Bags are made from tea grown in East Africa and India. As no tea can be naturally decaffeinated, at Ringtons we use the highest quality tea for our Decaff Teabags to ensure the very best flavours of the original blend are preserved.
How we like it... with freshly boiled water, infused for 3-5 minutes - paired with a tangy Fruit and Lemon Biscuit.
Making the perfect cup of tea:
- Always use fresh water as re-boiled water has lost its oxygen, which is necessary to bring out the full flavour of the tea.
- Use one teabag per cup, adding 'one for the pot' if using a teapot. Then add the just boiled water at 100c to the tea and infuse for 3-5 minutes, add a splash of milk if desired.

Doorstep Delivery
If you are a Ringtons customer and currently receive a regular Doorstep delivery by one of our Salespeople, you are eligible to a special FREE delivery service for online orders to your home address. For this you will need to enter your salesperson’s Doorstep Loyalty Code at the checkout. Please be aware that although these online orders will be delivered by your Salesperson, they are separate to your regular Doorstep delivery and can take up to 30 days from order date.

Returns:
If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 with details of why the product is unsuitable and we will arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.
Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that our products reach you in less than satisfactory condition please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 within 7 days of receipt of goods.
As a Geordie in exile in Essex we had to have a Ringtons Red Cross parcel, everyone comments on how lovely the tea is in our house and nobody notices that it is decaf (Doctor's Orders). I have tried al the other decaf teas and will only buy them if I am stupid enough to run out of Ringtons. I love that you now have some of the Homeware online, please can we have some of the blue and white china on there:-))
Ive had to give up caffeine and tried loads of different brands. I used to drink the extra fresh tea from Ringtons so decided to try their decaff brand. Wow, I can enjoy a cup of tea again, tastes just the same, but no annoying headaches from caffeine!!!
