Harvested from the Bao Kang mountains, our organically grown Oolong tea is still made using traditional skills. Infused with local Osmanthus flowers, each large leaf is tightly rolled and when infused will create a sweet and slightly fruity flavour.
UK DELIVERY
Our UK delivery service includes UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
There will be no orders dispatched on 6th May (Bank Holiday Monday).

£4.50 Standard delivery via courier DPD within 1-2 working days.
Orders over £30
FREE Standard delivery via courier DPD.
Next Day Delivery
£5.50 Next Day delivery via courier DPD. Orders must be placed before midday. This service is for working days so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Doorstep Delivery
If you are a Ringtons customer and currently receive a regular Doorstep delivery by one of our Salespeople, you are eligible to a special FREE delivery service for online orders to your home address. For this you will need to enter your salesperson’s Doorstep Loyalty Code at the checkout. Please be aware that although these online orders will be delivered by your Salesperson, they are separate to your regular Doorstep delivery and can take up to 30 days from order date.

We offer low-cost delivery to many countries worldwide. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more details.
Returns:
If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 with details of why the product is unsuitable and we will arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.
Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that our products reach you in less than satisfactory condition please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 within 7 days of receipt of goods.
