Product Description
Authentic white tea is only grown in the Fujian region of China and is the most simple and natural form of tea, grown only on a specific variety of tea bush. Only specific buds are selected from the bushes during the first spring flush of the new growing season. These white tea 'snowbuds' are left to dry naturally and then baked for a short period to bring out their exquisite flavour.
