Single estate organic white tea - dry and mellow. White peony is also known as Bai Mu Dan or Pai Mu Tan.
Product Description
Authentic white peony tea is only grown in the Fujian region of China and is the most simple and natural form of tea, grown only on a specific variety of tea bush. The picked leaf is simply left to dry naturally and then baked for a short period to bring out the flavour. These leaves are organically grown on Mr Yu's farm, and are naturally high in antioxidants - with a wonderful crisp flavour.
