Pu-erh tea is available is various forms and is often seen in large and small 'cakes' (look out for them as guests), though this form is loose. Pu-erh teas are subjected to additional fermenting and ageing processes, giving them a unique appearance and taste. The low caffiene content, widely renowned health properties and uniqueness of Pu-erh tea make it extremely popular - though we must stress that it is an acquired taste!
