Product Review (submitted on 22 July 2010):

I'm drinking my third cup of tea made with this infuser (it arrived this morning- what can I say, I'm a tea addict), and I'm absolutely hooked.
The infuser and coaster are made of solid clear plastic, and the filter is made of a very fine metal mesh. It comes with instructions (which aren't particularly difficult but you should check them before use).
It's very easy to use, and nearly as easy to clean (I handwash everything anyway, so it doesn't bother me. The one thing that is slightly difficult is getting the suds out of the bottom, between the place where the filter is put and where the water out of the bottom, but running clean water through by pressing the bottom a few times fixes that)
Making the tea is also straightforward. Not too much mess, pretty hard to miss with the tea leaves. For a mug's worth of tea (I use the cheapest Marks and Spencer mug) you fill up about 3/4 of it (halfway up the logo) for a perfect amount (about a quarter of an inch from the top, plenty of room for milk). It lets the tea move around (although with small leaves it isn't very exciting) and it tastes much better than with a standard individual infuser. For the tea I've tried it takes about 5 minutes to stew (I like my tea strong, they recommend 3-5 with most tea and I think that's right).
I can't say enough good things about this so far.
