Afternoon treats normally come from a very expensive cafe around the corner, but today i made my team ringtons hot chocolates that were given to me by a great aunt. All agreed that this was the best Hot chocolate they had tasted. No sugar needed just half water and half whisked milk and a little sprinkles saved from the packet!!!! oh and the packaging got a 'oooooh very posh' too. (Posted on 17/02/2011)

I don't like very sweet or saccharine loaded hot chocolate. I was browsing the Rington's website and thought I would give some of their items a try. I have not been disappointed. In particular the hot chocolate is a real quality product. It has a luxurious taste and satisfies any chocolate craving I may have, so it is very good to keep as a treat. My grandmother had a salesperson come to her door with this and, having bought some for herself and being really impressed, she gave a sachet to me to try. I am quite a fan of hot chocolate, and have tried many different kinds. I can honestly say that this is the best I've ever had - having tried it I asked her to get some for me the next time she was visited. My husband gets these hot chocolate sachets for me from work and they are the very best instant hot chocolate drinks you can get. As previous reviewers have said they are not too sweet like some you can buy, they actually taste of chocolate and can be made with just water or water and milk. I'm trying to lose weight at the moment and cut down on my daily chocolate, so this is brilliant to get my daily chocolate fix without the high calories.
It's not as sweet as most hot chocolates you can buy out there which is good. The taste is very nice and i have at least 1 cup a day. I got to try it the last time just out of interest and was pleasantly surprised, even it's not advertised as a diet or low calorie drink it has less sugar than other hot chocolate drinks you can buy in the supermarket. So from now on it will only be Rington's Hot Chocolate i'm drinking. Can't wait to order my 2 packets this time! (Posted on 25/01/2010)

If time is short and I need a chocolate fix this delicous drink is ideal made with hot water ,but for a more luxorious treat use hot milk , very moorish . This will now be a regular purchase . (Posted on 03/12/2009)
