These are gorgeous. Crisp, with just the right amount of ginger. They are lovely dunked in a cup of tea and have a lovely syrupy aftertaste. I managed to eat just two, put the lid back on the biscuit barrel and RUN - FAST - out of the kitchen, before temptation hit again!! (Posted on 09/08/2011)

These have got to be the best Ginger Snaps our family have ever tasted. We order them every month from our delivery driver, the kids (aged 9 and 7) watch out for the van on the day I tell them it is due just so they can have their ginger snaps. (Posted on 14/04/2011)
