Ringtons Tea & Coffee

This tea has a wonderful aroma, and seems to me (I'm no expert) to be fresh just as advertised. The leaves are small (not tiny/ dust) but I don't think this detracts from the quality. It has a very strong flavour (I had to reduce the amount of tea I used per mug) which I enjoy, although not the caffeine hit I associate with strong tea (I enjoy the caffeine hit but not everyone likes that). However, I find there's also an even stronger aftertaste the likes of which I've never experienced before. I hated it at first, but drinking nothing but this tea at the moment (to use up what wouldn't fit into my metal tin), it's starting to grow on me a little (particularly after reducing the amount of tea added and increasing the amount of milk). I would still say it's "not to my taste", but that doesn't tell anyone else anything. I've been drinking this tea for a few days, so I can't tell you if the aftertaste will continue to grow on me, but that's the only reason for a less than five star rating- it is genuinely good tea.
