My favorite oolong tea, floral taste but light at the same time.

I like everything about this tea - the way the leaves gradually unfurl, the way the flavour develops and the way each re-infusion tastes slightly different from the last. The only drawback is that it's not worth bothering if you just want a quick drink and haven't got the time to do it justice. (Posted on 03/10/2008)
