Ringtons Tea & Coffee

This is a tea for the connoisseur and purist. It is clean on the palate with a delicate but definite jasmine aroma. Not only is it lighter than the ordinary green teas, it is superior in its delicacy to the normal run of the mill jasmine teas.
On the face of it, it seems expensive but it continues to hold its flavour after more than one infusion despite a remarkably small number of pearls per mug.
For me the perfect accompaniment to this exquisite tea is a nibble of rich dark chocolate but perhaps I shouldn't be encouraging yet another excuse for indulging in chocoate! (Posted on 16/10/2008)
