Ringtons Tea & Coffee

This is by far the best quality silver needle white tea that I have found in the u.k. If you've never tried good quality white tea and you are used to dark tea with milk added you are likely to initially find it a very mild flavoured tea, and may consider it not a tea for you. It is probably the most delicate tea available but this is its outstanding quality. Become familiar with this gentle flavour and you soon become aware of its subtle beauty as a tea. If brewed for the correct time (generally i find no longer than three minutes) this is a very light and ever so slightly fragrant tea. It's very delicate, but if you're of a sensitive disposition, then those light hints of flavour will put a smile on your face. (Posted on 28/12/2008)
