Medium Roast Coffee

We roast each of our coffees to its own individual 'sweet spot', the point where the flavour is at its peak. Many coffees have subtle and fragile flavours that can only be properly developed by using a medium roast. These coffees tend to be well-balanced and easy-drinking, but there are some real classics in the category: Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is one of the great coffees of the world.

In order to preserve freshness we don't stock these coffees pre-ground but grind them to order.
