We roast each of our coffees to its own individual 'sweet spot', the point where the flavour is at its peak. Many coffees have subtle and fragile flavours that can only be properly developed by using a light medium roast. These coffees tend to be light and lively, but we also put Jamaica Blue Mountain in this section. JBM is of course one of the world's most famous coffees.

In order to preserve freshness we don't stock these coffees pre-ground but grind them to order.
