We roast each of our coffees to its own individual 'sweet spot', the point where the flavour is at its peak. This means that we only roast a coffee extra dark when the particular bean is suited to that style. We are always on the lookout for coffees for this degree of roast, but few have the bean structure to suit it, and we don't believe in selling burnt coffee!
In order to preserve freshness we don't stock these coffees pre-ground but grind them to order. To select coffees & grinds: Click on the coffee picture, and then choose whole beans or grind size in the top right panel.
