Dark Roast Coffee
We roast each of our coffees to its own individual 'sweet spot', the point where the flavour is at its peak. This means that we only roast a coffee dark when the particular bean is suited to that style. There are some slightly surprising inclusions here - Kenya coffees are usually medium roast, but Gethumbwini's dense beans and rich complex flavours demand a darker roast.
In order to preserve freshness we don't stock these coffees pre-ground but grind them to order.
