Classic Single Origin Coffees
This is the section for those who know what they are looking for in origin coffee, and also for those who want to take the next step and explore the superb flavours of single-origin (and in most cases single farm) coffees. Until you taste them, it's hard to imagine how different some of these coffees are - each has its own personality. We roast each one to its own 'sweet spot', which means that the roast level is determined by profile of each variety: we only roast dark when it is right for the particular bean. If you particularly like (or dislike) one of these coffees, please add a review - we know other customers find these very helpful.
In order to preserve freshness we don't stock these coffees in ground form but grind them to order.
