Quick Overview
Dark, rich and sweet, traditional Keemun from Anhui province.
Product Description
Keemun is thought to be the home of black tea, in China, where the process of 'hot fermentation' was developed. As with many tea stories, theis is said to have come about by accident, with leaves stcked in piles, heating up and changing colour and flavour. What we do know is that this method is still used in remote villages of Vietnam and Laos today.
