KENYA Gethumbwini AA
Location
Grown at high altitude in the Thika district of Kenya’s Central Highlands.
Special Characteristics
The slow growth and ripening process in the intense sunlight brings about the unique signature characteristics of Gethumbwini’s coffees.

Sweet and sharp blackcurrant flavours with an undertone of grapefruit.
INDIA Bibi Plantation Monsoon
Location
AA grade beans grown at Sunticoppa in southern India and authentically monsooned at the Karnataka coast.
Special Characteristics
The repeated soaking and drying in the Monsoon weather ‘washes out’ the beans, leaving them swollen and pale in colour.

Strong and velvety, with hints of creamy caramel.
INDIA Bibi Plantation Peaberry
Location
Grown by Faiz Moonsakutty and his family at their Bibi Plantation in Sunticoppa in southern India.
Special Characteristics
Found in the coffee cherries that grow at the tips of the branches, the peaberry beans grow solo rather than in pairs.

Mild and smooth with hints of dark chocolate and walnuts.
GUATEMALA Maragogype (Elephant)
Location
Sourced from numberous farms in Guatamala’s ranging northern hills.
Special Characteristics
Very rare over-sized coffee cherries produce these mammoth beans in tiny quantities per farm.

INDONESIA Catimor Old Brown Java
Location
Sourced from the Catimor farms co-operative on the island of Java, Indonesia.
Special Characteristics
These coffee beans are aged for up to seven years in controlled conditions to mature, and give genuine Old Brown Java it’s unmistakably unique flavour.
