The Ringtons brand proposition continues to grow from strength to strength. Founded in 1907 by Samuel Smith, we have a long history and tradition of delivering high quality tea, coffee and biscuits directly to our customers door, through our dedicated van sales team. Our proposition is unique! And we remain the only company in the world to deliver tea and more, door to door. Our sales people are at the heart of our success. We deliver first class products with exceptional service and a personal & friendly touch to over 260,000 UK households -from Edinburgh down to Peterborough and from Lancashire across to East Anglia. Our product range consists of 20 different teas, 10 coffees, biscuits, cakes & sweets. In addition, we offer special and seasonal products, such as teapots, caddies, beakers, hampers and gifts. Our multi-million pound business remains family owned to this day and is run from our Newcastle-upon-Tyne base. All our teas and fresh coffees are blended and packed at our modern North East production facility to the highest possible quality and standards. We also make own label products for many big name supermarkets and retailers

“Our unique franchise proposition – delivering income from day one”

We are actively expanding our business through franchise partnerships. Our package includes: designated and exclusive territory of between 30,000 and 40,000 households; a minimum of 1,800 customer orders prior to launch; £3,000 worth of stock; comprehensive Ringtons and business support and training programme; all necessary stationary, marketing materials and branded work wear; 3 month deposit on a VW Caddy, including racking and livery.

“Support & training”

Effective training is the key to success which is why we’ve developed a fully comprehensive support programme which includes: two weeks intensive pre-launch training at our head offices in Newcastle, and at one of our sales offices gaining hands-on experience with our managers, trainers and sales people; on van, training and support for the first four weeks of trading; up to 10 days support/training from a dedicated Ringtons business coach; online training modules; online resource library.

The Ringtons franchise offers the potential for high earnings and rather than setting out theoretical projections of potential turnover and profit levels, we prefer to relate to actual track record, in line with best franchising practice.
