We’ve upgraded our UK delivery services to bring you better value, speedier delivery and more choice. Please read the following information carefully as there have been some changes made to prices and delivery times that may affect you.

UK DELIVERY
Our UK delivery service  includes UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

We will not be dispatching online orders on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May.  Please call Customer Care for more information 0800 052 2440

Orders up to the value of £30.
We have upgraded our Standard delivery from 2-3 working days to 1-2 working days via our trusted courier DPD. There is no weight restriction and this service includes the option of a one hour delivery window sent by text or email which you can arrange at your convenience. The new cost of our Standard delivery is £4.50
Orders over £30
FREE Standard delivery via our courier DPD on orders over £30. No weight restriction.
Next Day Delivery
Our guaranteed Next Day delivery service is now available for only £5.50 via our courier DPD. Orders must be placed before midday. This service is for working days so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Doorstep Delivery
If you are a Ringtons customer and currently receive a regular Doorstep delivery by one of our Salespeople, you are eligible to a special FREE delivery service for online orders to your home address. For this you will need to enter your salesperson’s Doorstep Loyalty Code at the checkout. Please be aware that although these online orders will be delivered by your Salesperson, they are separate to your regular Doorstep delivery and can take up to 30 days from order date.

Please note: Courier deliveries are mon-fri only.

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE

Parcels weighing between 300g - 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure. Prices range from £11.50 - £30.50. Shipping rates for parcels over 2kg will be calculated on weight and destination country.

FREE HOME DELIVERY FOR RINGTONS DOORSTEP CUSTOMERS

If you are a Ringtons Doorstep customer and currently receive regular deliveries by your Ringtons salesperson, they will have given you their Doorstep Loyalty Code.  This is a 4 digit numerical code, like a pin number. By entering this code when you place an online order, you will be given the option to receive FREE delivery to your home by your Ringtons salesperson.

YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR THIS CODE AFTER YOU HAVE PUT ITEMS IN YOUR BASKET.

You can still choose to pay £3.99 and have it delivered by courier within 2 to 3 working days or Next Day for £5.99. But if you’re in no rush to receive the goods, this ‘economy’ delivery service is available to you for FREE on orders of any value. PLEASE be aware that you will receive this order WITHIN 30 DAYS. We will always aim to get your online order to you as soon as possible but please place online orders well in advance to avoid disappointment.

RETURNS

If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 with details of why the product is unsuitable and we will arrange for one of our couriers to collect the goods from you. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. We will refund/exchange you on receipt of the unwanted goods, any opened or used goods will be refused a refund or exchange.

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that our products reach you in less than satisfactory condition please contact Customer Services on 0800 052 2440 within 7 days of receipt of goods.
