Starting Salary circa £21k
An opportunity has become available to join our operations team as a Coffee Departmental Team Leader
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of our coffee roasting and packing section delivering our product to retailer based specification systems, HACCP, the BRC Standard and other systems common to the food industry. The company will offer support and training to ensure the candidate can quickly make a positive contribution to the manufacturing function within the business. An experienced people manager with good organisational skills is fundamental to success in the role.
Based at our busy production facility on North Tyneside, you will report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager. A qualification in Food Manufacturing or similar is desirable along with excellent computer skills. Previous exposure within food production would be advantageous.
